Joseph Ritz is the CEO of JR INTER GROUP, a prominent holding company managing diverse brands, projects, and businesses. Additionally, he directs specialized ventures focused on mass imports and Corporate Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP).

He dedicates much of his time to bilingual personal and corporate consulting. As a former professor at top-tier universities, his ongoing mission is to empower clients to achieve and exceed their corporate goals. Described as an altruistic philanthropist with a deeply analytical mind and an elegantly assertive communication style, Ritz is a speaker and coach who consistently helps institutions shatter the status quo and elevate their standards. Furthermore, he is a dedicated scientific researcher with years of ethical experimentation focused on human behavior and cognitive tendencies.

Currently a Ph.D. Candidate in Economics, his postgraduate portfolio includes NLP, coaching, corporate social responsibility, human resources, financial accounting, and senior management.
